Getting ready for upcoming project. I feel fitter and better every day. I've been doing intermittent fasting 16:8 and lo/no carb for almost 4 months. 16 hour ore more fasting and 8 hour eating phase. I only eat 2 meals a day. ⁣ Dinner very early, no later than 6:30 p.m. 3 times a week I go to the gym. 13 kg are already gone and there will be more. I just feel good. The simplest thing is to completely change your eating habits, avoid sugar, eat a lot of protein and a lot of vegetables, sugary fruits are eliminated from the menu, all very consistently. ⁣ ⁣ I drink a lot of tea, whether green tea, nettle tea or other herbal teas, for years I've only been drinking black coffee and of course lots of water. But there is a cheat day at the weekend, which is something to look forward to.
